If it weren't for our awesome dog trainer Allison, I don't think we would have Toby with us today.  Our eight week old Aussie was out of control, a nightmare!  My husband had to do something; it was getting really bad,  never a peaceful moment! Thank Heaven he found Allison. She took Toby, and after just one week, I could not believe that this calm, quiet, As Allison always told us, training  Toby was the easy part, training us was the real challenge.  We had to practice and had our "lessons" with her (and the way ahead of us), Toby.  Allison really opened our eyes ours! The dog was well-mannered into the psyche of dogs, especially the ever-rambunctious Australian Shepherds!  I think we will always be in training, still have a lot to learn.
